How are the prints made?
Every print is made to order by a professional print lab from the full resolution original file, on archival paper or on canvas, metal or framed options where offered. Nothing is printed from a web copy.
How long does delivery take?
Most prints are produced within a few working days and then shipped with tracking. You receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your print leaves the lab.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Tell me within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and I will have it replaced at no cost. Because every print is made to order, other returns are not possible.
What do I get with a digital download?
A high resolution file for personal use: your screens, a personal print, a gift. Read the license for exactly what is included.
Can I use a photo for my business?
Yes, with a commercial license. Write to me with how and where you would like to use it and I will send a quote.
Can I share a photo on social media?
Purchased downloads may be posted on your personal accounts with credit to @alexjpics or alexjphotos.com. Business accounts need a commercial license.
How do I book a session?
Use the booking form. I reply within two working days with dates and a quote.
Do you travel?
Yes. I am based in Miami, Florida and travel for sessions, events and commissions.
