Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to break its security, overload it, scrape its images in bulk or use it to send spam.
Photographs and content
Every photograph, text and design on this site is protected by copyright and belongs to Alex J Photography LLC unless stated otherwise. Viewing the site does not give you any right to copy or reuse its content. Prints and downloads are covered by our license terms.
Orders
Prices are shown in US dollars and confirmed at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe. Prints are made to order by our print partner and shipped to the address you give. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email.
Sessions and bookings
Sessions are confirmed in writing with their own details and price. The booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your sign in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
