No tracking cookies
Browsing the site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We count page visits in a privacy friendly way that does not identify you or follow you across other sites. A cookie is only set when you sign in to an account, open a private gallery or use the cart, and only to make that work.
What we collect and why
- Messages and booking requests: your name, email, phone if given, and what you write, so we can answer you.
- Orders: your name, email, shipping address and what you bought, to make and deliver your order and keep proper records.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Private and proofing galleries: your favourites and comments, so the photographer can see your choices.
- Server logs: technical details such as your IP address and browser, kept for a short time to keep the site secure.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout. Your card details never reach our server.
Who else sees your data
We share only what each service needs: Stripe for payments, our print partner (Printful) for your shipping address and order, our email provider to deliver messages, and our hosting provider to run the site. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Messages and booking requests for up to two years, order records as long as tax law requires, newsletter details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected].
